Probably the worst hostel we've been to in Australia. This hostel fails on many basic levels. Room was dingy and dark. Bathrooms didn't have hot water! I wouldn't recommend this place for that reason alone. Kitchen was gross. Reception was rude. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, they just told me to walk around. Free airport transfer is a lie - they made us pay for the trip back to the airport. I really advise against staying here - so, so unpleasant. less
