My mircowave kept beeping and I asked for a replacement one. Owner said he\'d look at it. Instead I came back to my room with my door left open for over 10 hours and yet no new mircowave. Glad no one walked in & stole my laptop! The mattress in my room was shot. I woke up with extreme lower back pain. I needed up leaving the hotel one day early, even before check out time the next day. I asked for a small amount of money for the day I\'m not using and was denide due to being a Saturday. LAME! less
