Very good hostel. Staff is very helpful and kind. Rooms is very good, as well. Nice entertainment area and activities. One problem is that they had only one computer and 1 hour of free internet, that means you are using the computer and lots of people waiting for you. Location is very good near underground station and just a few meters of a nice shopping area and sightseeing places. Highly recommended. less

We were a little uncomfortable that some packaging we have been traveling with (which cushions our lap-top) was taken from our room by the cleaner, as rubbish. Personally we would rather nothing was taken from our room unless it was in a rubbish bin, no matter how rubbish-like it appears. We were in a private 4 person room for 1 night. Their explanation that rubbish sometimes piles up in dorms for weeks did not seem relevant in our case. Not a big deal at all but a little unnecessary hassle less

Pretty solid choice. Best thing about it: location. 10 mins from the center through touristic streets filled with shops and restaurants, 10 mins from the Acropolis museum, some 20 from the Acropolis itself. Relatively cheap, the staff is nice and available 24h a day. Don't expect a feast for breakfast or for your room to be cleaned everyday, however. Located in a quite safe area, as far as Athens is concerned. less

Hostel was very good value for the price. Bathrooms weren't very good, but rooms were comfortable, and there was free internet. The hostel wouldn't be bad, except for the fact that it's in what lonely planet calls "the seediest area of Athens" that's notorious for prostitutes and drug dealers. The place is mediocre, kind of dirty, but the location kills it. We saw a guy shooting up what was definitely drugs with a needle during the day, and I got my purse stolen at night, despite being with a group of people. Stay in Plaka, it's safer and cleaner. less
