Very helpful, nice desk staff. Currently undergoing renovations but didn't interfere too much with my experience. I stayed here on my own for a few nights and met my friends from home here. We were all amazed by the service as the staff here will do ANYTHING to help you. I felt very safe here and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. Its a very quiet and clean place, perfect if you're looking for somewhere to just chill out. This hostel was the best one we have ever stayed in in Bangkok, we'll definitely be back!! The staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to help out and the level of service far exceeds any other place we've stayed. We showed up about 1am after flying in from Vancouver and was greeted with the nicest guy, smiling and laughing, giving us water and helping with our bags. Food is great! Book exchange is wonderful. Bathrooms are super clean, beds are comfy. Can't say enough about the staff!! less

Nice place, I really enjoyed having a chance to stay at Refill Now. Design of this place is awesome. Everything is high quality . I loved the surrounding lush garden giving me more natural stay, clean air, quiet. This hostel is fantastic! Did not expect to find such a nice and modern hostel in Bangkok. We will be staying there on our way through again. We were in a double private with ensuite and it was very clean and modern. Great location just near heaps of pubs, clubs and markets and resturants. All the staff were very helpful. less
