I can say this is the best hostel I have ever stayed!
The bed and linen are clean, so is the toilet
Also, breakfsat is included, bread and cereal,or pay 2.2 pounds for English breakfast.
The staff are very friendly,
Also, there is also a TV in the common area. If you do not want to go to pub at night but do not want to go to sleep so early, it is a good way to kill time.
Only not good thing is people open and close door often as i am in 10 male dorm,a bit noisy, but it is not YMCA's fault less

We loved the solitude and quiet of the campus, and it is very convenient by frequent bus service. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that was confusing was that there are 2 or 3 different bus companies, and you have to be careful when you buy a return ticket that you catch the right bus and know where to catch it, otherwise it's a loss. The Blue Bus is 1.40 for roundtrip, and the Big Orange is 1.75.
Overall, loved our stay in Bath! less

The accomodation was fine - however, to stay for eleven days and for the room not to be cleaned or linen changed is a little poor at this price. A great location for the university - less so for the city, as during university holidays buses are less frequent. less

While was on a hill, there is a bus stop directly across the street with 3 bus lines into town. We walked into town (15mins) and took the bus back (5mins). Bus costs 1GBP single trip, 1.40GBP return. Must buy something from the cafe/bar for 1hr of wi-fi. We rented a 4-person en suite room for 3 of us. Our room smelled strange and was dusty (we all had sneezing fits) but good enough for one night. Didn't try to use cooking facilities or eat anything there. Would do a short stay there again. less
