She is a must see! :) Regretfully had to leave just after a 2 days as had a family emergency. This hostel is good if your happy with cold showers, expensive internet and expensive rates. It was nice to have a private room rather than a dorm, but if I'm ever in Brisbane again, I won't be staying here!
Staff were friendly but not helpfull. Made a complaint about the lack of hot water and they tried to blame it on the drought in Australia...not sure if she was having a blonde moment or not, but sounded like a rubbish excuse to me. less

I wouldnt rate this hostel at all. Not very clean, it was totally packed when we went there, couldnt even get a place to sit down - had to resort to the stairs. Some of the staff were not that knowlegable and I dont know who designed the bathrooms but definetly not human friendly. This hostel might be ok if you are 18/19 and all you want to do is party.
