We had a lovely staty at Maria\'s bread and breakfast. The coffee was excellent. Maria is a very kind and caring person and she gave us great tips for Bruges. One thing that disturbed me a bit was that the rooms were not very soundproof, when the other guests moved in the hallway, I could hear this very clearly to our room. But on the whole, excellent service, we appreciated that we could leave our bags at Maria\'s so that we did not need to carry them around during our last day. less

it's a lovely, cosy house with it's style and location. The house has a beautiful garden.Very clean and comfortable.Near to the fantastic, romantic, huge park called "minnewater". The sweet, hospitable madam welcomes u and gives u all the infos about brugge. Also she helps u about all the activities u will do during the vacation. she speaks 5 languages wich really fascinated us.You really feel as you are home since she behaves you as you're her own child. The fabulous city with her"bella maria" less

Lovely room, bright and airy, with a very new-looking modern bathroom, which over-looks the garden. Very friendly hosts, who were very informative. Nice short walk to the centre which allows you to see more of Bruges than just the centre. Breakfast was very good - lovely selection of fresh bread (seeded) and pastries, with fruit, yoghurt, and drinks. The only down point was how squeky the beds were! But all in all a great place to stay, and would use again!! less

There was only one toilet on the floor which posed some issues, and the music in the bar is played incredibly loud very late into the night, so request a room away from the bar. Other than that, loved the bar, people and the room was big and clean, lockers were provided and breakfast was good too. less

There was mold in the bathroom and the shower curtain was not very clean. Furthermore there were very few toilets (only one per floor), thus the toilets looked a bit dirty quite quickly. Soap in the toilets would be appreciated. less

I appreciate that the facilities in a budget hotel will be basic and they were. The single room was small and cheerless and although the bed linen was lovely and clean, the duvet underneath and the pillow were pretty ropey, and the shower curtain was old and stained. The young people who run it seem to be very laid back and casual about running the hostel/hotel. It served its purpose, was cheap for Belgium, and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Bruges, which is such a beautiful city. less

This was like staying in an abandoned hospital/ high school. Avoid it if you can! Dead quiet, smells like sewage, staff are lifeless. 2 euros for 30 minutes of Wi-Fi! Ridiculous!
