They tried to offer us a room with sea view for 30 euros per person but after much hesitation was willing to offer such a room for 30 euros for the entire family. But we chose not to take up on the offer and to have a standard room instead. They were quite unhappy about it. Afterwards when we checked in, we were given a room with sea view after all. Location wasn't that great, needed to walk uphill to reach the center. Elegant interior design, peaceful and silent atmosphere, very nice breakfast with sea view lookout. The breakfast was served outside under a fig tree and we sat and chatted with the signora. We arrived too early to be picked up from the port, and it wasn't the easiest to get there therefore. Family owners provided excellent service in every way. We would reccommend this place to everybody, new swimming pool with greatest view. She said, " If you like this room, you pay only 120euro. If you want to stay Hotel Mulino, you have to pay 160 euro."
I complained about it, I could stay Hotel Mulino. The cost was 140euro that I had booked.

We tried to pay for a 3 person room and only use 2 beds but its not per bed, its per room. Besides that minor problem, it was great. 3 minute walk from Piazza Victoria (bus stop) down a quiet little road so hard to find at first but keep walking. It was very cute inside. Nicely decorated with a little outside sitting area. Good breakfast with good selection. Free internet. It was in an ideal location between anacapri and capri town. Right next to chair lift to amazing views of Capri on top of Mt. Solaro. Very helpful staff that speaks English and tried to help us plan our stay. The staff ar... moreAn excellent hotel!!! I would live there if I could. It's gorgeous, with intricate tiled floors & it's kept spotless. The staff are very helpful, friendly, & speak english. There isn't a view of the coast from the hotel, but it's a nice little getaway up in Anacapri, away from crowds and noise. Take the bus to Anacapri from the marina, and get off at the stop where there are buses for the Grotta Azzurra & the Faro. Don't get on either of those buses (as I made the mistake of doing) - that is your last stop. There are little white plaques on the walls that direct you to the hotel and it's only a couple blocks.
