This hostel has so much potential but lets itself down in most aspects. The staff are not helpful and rude at times, there is no orientation or onward travel info let alone info on what to do in cartagena and there is no room security. The bar is never open and the pool is nothing to write home about. I recommend avoiding this place and finding a cheaper, cleaner and friendlier place at the many hostels and hotels on the same street or around the corner. lessclivexdavies7774 (Novice Nomad from England), November 2009:
