I give the hostel 100% because you can't beat it for the price. New, nice, clean. The sheets even smelled like laundry detergent! Cons: the walls are PAPER thin, can hear the people in the other room sleeping! Cats and dogs are in reception, so if you are allergic don't come, very cold at night, no blanket, but overall for the price can't beat it less

Very modern hostel, with stylish interior, extremely clean and well orginized. The staff are very helpful. You even have your own personal locker with is rare. Things to note however, use of the kitchen £1 in evenings, washing machine $3.50, dry £5, net £2 per hour. Over all this is a good hostel to stay at, just watch the extra costs. less

We specified a private ensuite but only had a shared bathroom (I'm pretty sure there is no private ensuite). The shower drain was blocked. We parked our rental car very close and it was stolen. Staff were very helpful in getting police report done (Thanks!). Area a bit dodgy but very close to everything. Breakfast very basic. less

Nice place to stay in Catania, best if we talk about the price. The room don't look very attractive, the place isn't very clean, but the shower is very big and comfortable and we had the biggest and the variest breakfast in Sicily, where we spent 8 nights in different b&bs. The host was very helpfull, he gave us lot of directions, maps and advices. I can definitely recommend this place! less

We traveled in November (low season) so the hostel was almost empty - but in saying that there are not many rooms. Its more like a converted apartment. Our 4 person room was big, with a bunk and queen. Bathroom was clean. No kitchen or internet area. Reception closes at lunchtime and reopens inthe afternoon. Have to rely on sister hostel - Agora for above things. Good if you want a quiet private hostel, with almost no interaction with staff or other guest. Wouldn\'t recommend if travelling solo. less
