The entrance is a bit hidden, but otherwise everything is great. Very clean, average german breakfast and helpful staff.

The linen is a bit old, so i had to head somewhere else cos im a tiny bit allergic to dust, but othewise a really nice place. Just a really cool guy who wanted to make a bit of money by having people stay with him, but he's got a passion or travelling, and clearly likes what he does. I would recommend. Oh ad he let me play his guitar, hadnt played guitar in weeks, so that was cool!! less

This is a small hostel in a good location, walkable to most areas of interest in Cologne (may want to take U-bahn from Hbf). The staff is mostly invisible but I never needed them for anything. The only security is a key code at the front door, there are no locks on the doors of the rooms. In a 4 bed room there were only 3 lockers with keys (huh?). If you're a security freak you may not be happy here. Also, half the rooms face the street/U-bahn and it can be noisy if you're a light sleeper. less

Booked a 5 bed female only dorm, but ended up being in an all male room. I didn't mind, but others might. The room itself was very clean, as was the bathroom (shared only with the room).
