Great great Hostel, in fact, one of the best ones that i´ve ever stayed in. Good kitchen, comfortable beds and really helpfull staff. Just one recommendation: They should close the kitchen late than 10 o clock, to avoide people partying in de rooms, while others are trying to sleep. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. The place was definitely good value for money, especially considering the rest of the prices in this city. The only problem was isolation, our room was right beside the staircase and throughout the night we could hear everyone outside our room. less

I struggled to understand why this hostel was reviewed so high. Positive: excellent breakfast. Negatives: the hostel is in need of TLC. The water coming out of showers was either very cold or icy. The bed was too short. You have no control over the light switch - I stayed 2 nights. Lights went off at 22.30 first night but stayed on until the next morning the day after. The best hostel I've stayed at so far. It is a beautiful building, a museum in its own right. The staff is super friendly! Having a kitchen to cook your own food is awesome but not as awesome as the amazing breakfast!!!! The only problem is the shower takes a while to warm up. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and the location is great too. I miss staying there. less
