This was a great hostel. Free breakfast and dinner in large dining room- great way to meet people. It is a very large hostel, so there are people of all different age groups (not just 19 year olds) Free wifi/computers and free walking tour everyday. Cheap beer and other small goods available in the lobby. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Large personal lockers in every dorm. First of all- we got there and a sign outside said to go across the street to a 1-star hotel called Esther. We got upstairs and the women decided to have us stay there instead of staying at the Luna Rosa... the place we booked. I was very angry because we didn't get all of the amenities we had booked and hoped for... The staff were great. They gave me a map and circled sites to see and even made reservations at the Uffizi for me. Have to be buzzed in as the have cameras and can see who is there. Very safe. Big lockers to store your things. The only downside is the rooms beside the street are very noisy. It is hot so you have the window open and all you can hear is the cars and motorbikes zooming by all night. less
