Very comfortable & clean rooms, staff was very friendly, hospitable and very helpful in guiding us around. Cheap, delicious places to eat nearby. Kickass room (with giant tv + computer) for very low price makes up for lack of breakfast by far. Next time we\'re in Florence we\'re definitely staying here again! (PS get breakfast at caffe degl\'innocenti!) less

The staff were great. They gave me a map and circled sites to see and even made reservations at the Uffizi for me. Have to be buzzed in as the have cameras and can see who is there. Very safe. Big lockers to store your things. The only downside is the rooms beside the street are very noisy. It is hot so you have the window open and all you can hear is the cars and motorbikes zooming by all night. less

Close to major sights, a supermarket, great internet connection and awesome laundry service!
