Rooms are very high standard. Out of season (which our stay was) users of the hotel need to be aware that refreshment/eating facilities are limited (eg restaurant closed Sundays/Mondays), but the breakfasts are very good. Gaucin village, it has to be said, is frankly over-rated - no central or focal point to the village, no clear idea of where you are. The topographical setting, though, is stunning.
