They gave us excellent directions to town....I couldn't praise it more..I would give it a 99%. 1 - Taking the Bus 384 the trip from the train station (Gdansk Glowny) takes 20 minutes (and not 12-15 min.) ; 2 - After the 20 min. trip you have to walk for 5 minutes to get to the Hostel ; 3 - Apart from the location everything is as it should be. ; 4 - The breakfast is great. the food is in quality, quantity and variety.
I JUST recommend this Hostel to whom as car and is not alone. less

Las habitaciones y duchas muy limpias, limpieza a diario.
Seguridad ya que puedes usar taquillas.
Recomendable para grupos. No se lo recomendaria a chicas, sobretodo si son pocas, por la zona, ya que de noche la calle del hostal es un poco tétrica.

it's a bit hard to find and far, but they offer transfers - so it compensates
it is different than what you might immagine from the pics, and it is a bit 'overdecorated'

Location is outside the city center via a bus ride (where the bus drivers can't help much and the bus stop isn't marked well - so come prepared for that!). Hostel itself was defitely clean and friendly/helpful staff, but it felt like I was staying in someone's home instead of a hostel. less

In general this hostel is fine. Its cheap and its okay. The location is great. You can walk to many places at day and night. It has a small but nice lobby, where you can drink your own drinks.
We stayed in the dorm for 3 nights and at nights the room was very cold that I woke up shivering. The bathrooms are creepy and the staff is not so knowledgeable and friendly.
All in all, the hostel is just fine. Gdansk is beautiful. Recommended! less
