Wonderful staff, early check in allowed. The hotel was perfectly located. The room, the breakfast, friendly staff and how it worked. This is a not too large hotel with friendly staff, excellent service. I had a nice and quiet room at the back of hotel, with safe and refrigerator - which is very wonderful! "Great hotel" less

For location this hotel cannot be beaten. Close to everything, famous sites, excellent restaurants, great shopping and nightclubs. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when we asked for directions, recommendations, specially Mrs Linh, she is very kind & courteous, went out with us to police for the report though that was late evening.

Excellent choice in the centre of the Old Town with ready walking access to everything. English speaking hostess. Will keep your luggage while you go out of town for a few days. Simple but good breakfast of fruit and baguette, butter & jam, tea or Vietnamese coffee. Hostess will also organise taxis, cooking classes and tours for very reasonable prices - very handy. Safe bottled water provided in foyer for minimal charge. Will take card or cash, Vietnamese Dong or US dollars. less

a great hotel. the staff is very friendly and the service is fantastic. the buffet breakfast is excellent value and the hotel is in a nice neighborhood that is close to the sights, but not in the tourist section. the room was very clean and they changed the towels everyday. they paid for my taxi to the hotel from the place where the bus dropped me off and it was 100,000 dong. tamzay also bought us discounted tickets for the football match and went with us. i would definitely stay here again! less
