We had a short stay at Ho Chi Minh but was impressed with the hospitality of the people we met. The guesthouse was clean, friendly, served good breakfast and in a great location. Most of all, a big thank you to Tuan for coming to the airport to return a cell phone which we'd accidentally left behind at the guesthouse! We hope to return sometime to stay for a longer time. less

Really clean hotel that comes with fantastic comfy beds at a relatively low price. They surpassed my expectations with the impeccable service of their reception staff who were very accommodating and helpful. They helped us book our tours and took care of our needs with great service standard. The hotel is also fantastically located, within walking distance of the major sights. This hotel is clean, safe& e location is excellent. Miss Smiley ( i presume she is e manager) is a helluva 1 kind of a staff. So friendly& helpful!
The rest of e staff r polite but not as nice as her, she has to train them to be more friendly& helpful.
There were noises (from e security guard walkie talkie) at 7-10am on my last night there& it disturbed my sleep; but Smiley took note on that.
The breakkie is yummy! Highly recommended guys!! less

Just a curious, my room is smaller (with small open windows) than my friend's room even we pay the same amount. My friend's room with 2 windows and bigger space.
Overall, the hostel is above my expectation. The staff is friendly and the room is clean. I will recommend this hostel to others if they go to HCMC. less

A room with no windows and no external walls, no light and no noise, impossible to know what time it is. Breakfast is servered until 10am unless you get there at 945am in which case they shut 15mins ago but we were told we could have breakfast the next day. Lots of bars on doors and windows made the place feel unsafe - but not sure. Staff were helpful but the information was slightly inaccurate. Internet was painfully slow and most tourist sites were blocked - really annoying. Rooms were clean. less
