Far surpassed my expectations after reading the previous comments. No chores to be completed by guests. Staff were friendly & helpful. A $10 key deposit allows 24 hour access rooms. ie. NO LOCKOUTS. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Beds clean & very comfy too. The walk from the metro line is only 10 minutes & very convenient. Finally, the permanent residents are both friendly and interesting if you're not an obnoxious twat and prepared to engage them in conversation.
