OK but expensive for what you get. We did not get the double bed we reserved, and asked for this to be told out room (with 3 single beds) was better. In the morning we found several rooms with double beds empty. Clean enough but noisy from the street. Good breakfast - omlette, bread, cheese, jam & tea. less

Spent one night at Moon Valley. It took 15 minutes to get checked in because there was nobody at the "24 hour" front desk...in the middle of the afternoon. Walking through the grounds of the hotel I was very pleased with how nice everything looked. Once I got to my room though, my opinion changed. The room was somewhat dirty, especially the bathroom. One of the beds was in decent shape, but the other one was ready to fall apart. The thin mattress was sagging to the point that I think I might have slept on the floor if we spent another night there.
The included breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. less

This place was fine. The staff were o.k., not great. Dinner and breakfast were included. Dinner was TERRIBLE. we got up and left and went to the Hard Rock Cafe. Private beach was convenient. Not a great beach, but the water was beautiful. Better to sit at and relax then swim. Our room smelt like some weird spice or something. If I were to go to Hurghada again, this would NOT be my choice. That said, it can do the trick if it has to.

i recommend you to stay in hurghada city. try to avoid this place. less
