Very good location on tram lines. Staff pleasant but not always good enough in English. Facilities could be improved: table knives, toaster, bed tables and lamps. Good to have some videos to watch.
Basic cleaning but could be more thorough.

more or less everything is okay. as stated in much of other reviews most of the time there is no staff around all day. but they give you a mobilenumber for questions and if you have problems. the only thing that was a little annoying to me is, that people just come and check in and out on there own. so missing stuff for me is clearly a small disadvantage in security. less
