Great staff, waited for us and met us on the street when we were late. Room was on the street so it had better ventilation but some street noise which on Isla is part of the entertainment. Set in the community so no one is trying to sell you anything, the old guy sitting in his chair on the street in front & the ladies selling Flan down the street are charming. Kitchenette was useful. plasticy sheets a negative, can hang a hammock which wqas great for sleeping. a similar hotel would cost a more less
