I really couldn't rate this place anything lower than 100%. I was well taken care of. The place has everything you need. It's very comfortable and has it's own character and charm.

i suggest that the staff would try to learn english language. if they intend to cater to other nationalities other than chinese people.also, the direction going to the hotel could still be improve. by putting in, turn left after you get out from the mrt, etc. i also wish they have a toilet at the lobby area so client dont have to go toa room just to pee.otherwise, the serivce of the hotel is just fine considering the fee is not that much. you get what you paid for. less
