Outstanding hospitality, cleanliness and manner of staff (Aga). We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy we were given, but we knew that Aga was available should we have any queries or problems. Breakfast was beautiful, and we even got a packed lunch each day! We highly recommend The Elephant on the Moon to anyone visiting Krakow - even if you haven't tried hostels before! It's better than most British hotels! less

Plumber came in middle of our stay. Was nice but noisy & we weren't able to use the bathroom. Staff was great other than blonde guy who walked us to room on Warszawska from main hostel. Wasn't nasty, just overly critical of Poland & seemed to have poor attitude. Didn't know which room we were supposed to be in & seemed incompetent. Computers w/ internet in Warszawska location would have been helpful. Large lockers in room + more mirrors would be good. less
