the first time I walked into the house, I thought in a sudden that it's no wonder they got the award (for best backpacker hostel). one of the most important things is the staff that was really really helpful in finding my way to anywhere I wanted to go. but there's still room for improvement thou, especially with the water in the bathroom, it ran quite slow. less

This is the best Hostel I ever stayed in. Its location between Chinatown (5 Minutes) and the Towers (15 Minutes) is excellent and the staff is unbeatable. Other than the usual Hostelszene it even invites to just stay and hang out. Will definitely go there as soon as I am back in KL. less

with price for RM60 only per night per person, I got all beyond my expectation. air cond, big plasma TV, private bathroom inside, plus more private brankasts in cupboard, made it obviously not a budget hotel at all. a 2 or 3 star hotel I think would be more suitable. on the other hand, I surely think that they need to improve their staffs' ability in speaking English, as well as their knowledge about their own city. it was quite poor. less

It was hard for me to find the place by walking around China town. It's only 1 block wide on the 2nd floor, 10 rooms, 1 each male, female bathroom. No big sign at the entrance only Reggae Guest House sticker on the wall. It's right at the corner of 7-eleven near UO supermarket. Close to bus hub and subway station, central, night market. Staff are nice and friendly, the place is so clean and neat. Free internet, breakfast start 6.30 am. but I didn't get when I went out 7am. less

Fantastic hostel - staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very very clean and cosy. It was a little out but that didn't matter as it's right next to the monorail. K.L. isn't the greatest city in the world but it still can be a lot of fun if you are staying somewhere like this! I would definitely stay there again. less
