In summer, the reception is open just from 8 to 17. When it\'s closed, you can\'t use the laundry and you have to wait for about 30 min (probably under the rain) for the security person to come. My key (a magnetic key) stopped working three times in one week and I had to wait for a long time for someone to solve it. They won\'t answer the emergency phones. Also, the shop is closed in summer. less
