Extremely dissappointing. Firstly they made some error and we were moved to another apartment. The carpets were disgusting, the shower door was broken, no covers on duvets, open plan apartment and slow to heat. Comfortable enough bed, but room was not clean, dirty floors and questionable sheets on the bed. No staff presence to speak of, so no one to talk and the next day i was unable to pay as they only man the office during the week, which i was not told of when booking. Payment was taken from my card without telling me and as of yet no reciept has been issued. All up unimpressed with lack of care taken of paying customers!! less
