We were very dissapointed in the quality of the staff. At our arrival, they asked us to PROVE that we have paid for breakfast, although the hostel website clearly specified that breakfast is included in the accommodation price. We found their attitude unacceptable, with no respect whatsoever for their customers. Would not stay there again. less
