We arrived around 9 at night and I had called earlier to reconfirm. There was no room ready and we had to wait a good 20-30 minutes before it was. It then took them two days to clean the room after we had moved in. The reception staff seemed full of good will, but not terribly efficient. close

Two nights booked ,two room changes. Cleanliness very poor-stained sheets, dirty /broken toilets. Staff:Very rude staff..it does not cost any thing to be courteous to customers. This was my main complaint. I dont think this hotel should be listed under hostel world. Overall very poor .I wont recommend this to my worst enemy. close
