An excellent riad, Gilles is a true gentleman willing to help with lots of advice and always willing to go out of his way to help you. Time goes slow in this riad and you feel part of a family. Breakfast was excellent on the lovely 2-tier terrace, Lovely hot showers 24 hrs a day and very clean overall. You will truly enjoy this riad. less

Loved this Riad :) We had such a lovely time there and felt most welcome. Everyone working there was so helpful and made it a wonderful place to be. Would recomend it to everyone. We got lost in the streets and they sent someone to meet us which was very helpful. Very close to the main square and a good base for Marrakech. less

fantastic. we were a bit worried at first because the only staff available when we got in during the day didn't speak any english, but that's because the guy who basically runs the place is in school during the day. but breakfast was great and the location is right off plaza djemma el fna where all the souks are. the terrace was such a relaxing place. i loved this riad! less

If you are young, single, fancy a party. That is the place u are looking for. However, this is not a place for rest after sightseeing. All the room window face to the common area, which means you can hear all the conversation and noise. Do not get me wrong, I am too old for staying up late. Weekend the noise stop 1am and weekday around 12am. Not suitable for light sleeper like me. Friendly staff. Hard to find if you don't choose transfer. Toilet smells in my room. less

He even took us to the bathhouse and cooked us an amazing home cooked meal. The rooms are clean and full of character the decoration is amazing. We loved our stay here and would reccomend you to definatly book this place you wont be disapointed. They sent us a taxi from the airport and its situated right in the Medina close to the famous square. An amazing place! less

Clean, simple, traditional Riad a short walk from the center of Marrakech. Breakfast was tasty every morning (traditional breads, fruit, and coffee) and enjoyed the peaceful escape the Riad provided. The mosque nearby took some getting used to at 5AM, but you cannot escape the Call to Prayer in any lodging if you choose to stay in the heart of Marrakech. I would stay at Riad al Faras again for sure. For travelers to Morocco, be sure to confirm in person all details of any day trips/treks. less
