Had a very pleasant stay at this clean hostel. Showers were hot and strong, rooms spacious and bedsheets clean. Location-wise, just 2 mins walk to the main station and there are many trams nearby to go to the city centre Marienplatz. Good value for money, would recommend it to others! less

As for cleanliness I give it the highest mark, but then again this is in Germany where most lodging are clean anyway. less

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind in helping us find a church for mass on sunday. The rooms were pretty clean. We were disappointed that the hot breakfast was so expensive, so we did not get it. But overall, we liked Meininger and really enjoyed Munich. less
