The workers are professional, the rooms are pristine, it only takes 1 minute to get there from the monorail exit, and it is 2 minutes away from the main shopping street. The hang-out area was cool, too, but the place was a little disorganized and there were no locks on the room doors. Not a big deal because Baset had lots of character. One bathroom/ one shower on each floor. FREE washer and dryer. FREE toothpaste and small towel daily. The toilet seat was actually duct taped together. There is no information in English, so it's best if you know (some) Japanese.
We slept in a dorm for 5 people. The upper beds didn't have a matrass, only a wooden plank, so if that's too hard for you, maybe you can ask beforehand for a matrass (they lie on the floor).
You have your own little place with curtains, so if you like privace in a dorm, it's good. A disadvantage is that it gets warm when the curtains are closed.
There was no interaction between other people, so if you're going to meet new people, this is not the best place.
