I made a reservation thru hostelworld, so i payed the 10% of deposit. But when i arrived to the hotel, they charged me the total of the price again, so i lost my deposit. The people of the hotel told me that the deposit was a contract betwen hostelworld and me, and no between the hotel and me. So they didnt accept the 10% as a part of the total bill. I lost my money..too bad less

the free shuttle bus service to Walt disney and Universial Studio is very erratic and never on time. the last bus from Walt disney was at 10:30pm but it left early at 10:15pm. we were left stranded in Walt disney. when we called the staff in Quality Suite, we were told the bus was running late. Then when we called again at 11:30pm, we were told there were no more bus service. Luckily we managed to get the last Taxi back to Quality Suites. we did not have had room service every day either. less
