When we arrived in the streaming rain they had made a mistake with the booking and did not have a room for us, so they offered us a meeting room to sleep in on the 7th floor instead. The toilet was on the 1st floor and shower in the basement... Then they gave us a hard time about getting our deposit back and told us they could have let us sleep in the street and we should be happy with the meeting room. My flight landed 3 hours late and i called to the hotel to inform that i will arrive late and they were very kind. Very far away from the city centre but easily reachable by tram and tube. The kitchen was great, however, very overcrowded in the evening. When I got sick with the flue, they staff allowed me to stay in a freee room for a night without any additional charge which was really appreciated! less

It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I find it excellent value for money. Clean, quiet rooms with a great breakfast.
