Nassir, the manager was SO friendly and incredibly helpful to us- we had a a group of 9 and he helped us with cheap transport and shuttles into petra (although b.t.w. its not far to walk either!). Had free rides to the Petra site, great location (amazing schwarma nearby), also helped arrange for a night stay in a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum, amazing experience. Highly recommended. less

I recommend to everyone who want to visit Petra. The staff are impossible to be better, friendly, helping all the time, giving all the informations we need. I was about to stay 1 nigth in Petra and i stayed 3, without changing the hotel. Restaurants, pharmacy, markets, ATM less than 2 min walking.
