This is an excellent place to stay if you`re searching for peace, calm and beautiful nature. Lovely garden with olive-trees, hammocks and cats. Our room was amazing, really romantic and charming. The owners are friendly and helpfull and they served us a delicious breakfast. We arrived by bus and it was a bit hard to find the place. It`s probably easier with car. Bring your familiy, friends or your boy/girlfriend and enjoy! less

Wish we could have stayed longer! Was situated bang in the middle of Pisa (walking distance from train station and to tourist area) in a historic villa with gorgeous garden. Room was clean and spacious, Villa manager friendly and extremely helpful (spoke excellent english). Breakfast was plentiful fruit, cereal, toast, croissants and some delicous in-house yoghurt and jam. Was a shame we only planned 1 night in Pisa, would definatley go back. less

We enjoyed the terras with views over Pisa and the Torre Pendente.
Clean rooms, nice bathroom, recently renovated.
there are three rooms in the appartment. Little kitchen, not very well equipped.
No breakfast included, wich was kind of inconvenient. But we got 5 euro discount.

Phone the hostel before you bored your plane because the hostel is un-manned and we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come and let us in.
Also BEWARE of nats around (I got bite 23 times)
We had a private room but because it was un-manned there was a huge old iron door which was the other side of our room, every time somebody came/went the noise was awful, also the bed was quite uncomfortable.
It was situated right round the corner from the leaning tower less

i had a 7am flight out of pisa so my priority was finding something very close to airport to avoid the morning travel drama. airport was literally a 4 minute walk from my bedroom door! francesco was very friendly and accommodating. hostel is new this year and very clean and simply stylish. bed was the most comfortable i had on my 3 week trip thru italy. you can hear street traffic so bring earplugs. they have free room wifi so i left my itunes radio on ambient to drown out noise. 2 thumbs up! less
