This hotels manager is one of the rudest human beings Ive ever met.
On the day we checked in for a long stay we asked him to undo the last day of our booking. Not only he said we wouldnt, but also threatened taking money from our credit card, as he had the details. Not to mention his abusive treatment to the staff.
On the top of that, there was uncertain supply of hot water.

My bed was a little hard and boney, the water was hot but it was so hot it nearly scolded me! The \'TV room\' was just in the reception which was a bit drafty at night and the people in the courtyard echoed throughout the hostel. However....the staff were VERY nice and helpful, even arranging our hostel in Sucre, and it was very close to the main square. Not bad for a few nights stay or for those on a budget. less
