Chris, Natalia, Fernando and Lorenzo all left us fond memories of this welcoming hostel in this simple tranquil town of Puerto Iguazu. Great location, helpful and informative staff. Extremely clean and the owner and staff made great effort to ensure comfort, convenience and safety to the guests here. I\'d recommend this to anyone. less

This hostel suffered a little bit from CHS (Cool Hostel Syndrome). They blared electronic music in the common/bar area in the evenings when it was basically always empty. The rooms also had lava lamps and red carpets and blankets. Kinda cheesy, but overall it was clean and nice. However, the water went out while we were there and they told us it would be 10 minutes to get it back. It came on 12 hours later. Hot water never came back on.
The breakfast was really good, though. less

I have been in argentina for 4 months now and Stop hostel was seriously the best hostel I have stayed in. The facilities and rooms are great! I love the free breakfast and free skype. The staff is great! Jose the guy who works there was awesome and even took us to Paraguay on his say off. They all really go out of their way to make sure everyone gets the most out of their trip. less

Felt more like they were running a summer camp than a hostel. Caroline at the front desk was great, a lot of the other staff seemed more concerned with their friendships with other staff than running the place. Big pool was great. Food was very good as well as they had a buffet every night for a great price of 20 pesos (5 usd). less

The first night I arrived the hostel was full and I didn't have a pillow and they were unable to provide one. There wasn't enough lockers per person in each room. The check-in staff was friendly for the most part but the staff in the morning that provided breakfast, I didn't find too nice. In my case the bathroom was connected to the room and without a vent or fan, so it got pretty hot and smelly in the room because of this. less

I would recommend spending the extra couple of dollars to get a private room. They are much more comfortable and provide you with a little more security. Watch your belongings though. We had a private room and my roomate's shoes still turned up missing. And if you want to use the internet very much don't plan on going here. The staff was on it almost every night and you have to pay $1 Arg. Peso to use it each time. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful and we had a great experience! less
