The hostel is located in Pelo, the historic district of salvador, so it\'s close to much of the sites and it\'s easy to access buses to other parts of town. The staff provide a laid back atmosphere and are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The hostel also has an inexpensive restaurant with very good food! I\'ve been doing a lot of traveling in south america and this is one of the best hostels i\'ve stayed in. less
