This is the second time I have stayed in this hostel, and it\'s been good to me so far.
The staff was more than willing to help me find the cheapest way to get to the QiZhong tennis stadium, which is about 110rmb by cab from the bund.
If my stay requires me to stay in the bund side, I would definitely consider stayiing here again. less

First time in China and arrived late at night. The hostel was close to the metro station but I found the longest way there. The staff was friendly and quickly got to meet alot of people in the bar. Good atmosphere. The bathrooms were just average, but the showers always had hot water. The Bund was mere steps away and travel to bars, pubs, etc... was cheap by taxi. less

Booked for 2 days, but ended up staying for a full week. Great staff, all of whom speak English very well. Walking between the hostel and subway a bit inconvenient these days, due to construction of a new subway line along the street, but that\'s not the hostel\'s fault. Although the heater worked, it would still get quite cold in the room, likely due to poor insulation, but nothing that couldn\'t be tolerated. If in Shanghai again, would stay again. less
