It was a good clean, safe spot overall, but the "read and sign the list of rules" upon check in was not a good welcome- seemed to be targeted to 18 year olds though everyone there seemed 20s-30s. Breakfast was meager. Only one bed sheet provided. Bathrooms a bit grubby and my 2-person dorm was tiny, with just enough room for the bunk bed. It was a bit tricky to find as there are no signs directing you to it. Once you are there it is nice. Small rooms but all you really need. We had a bit of an ant problem in the room we stayed in. But the hostel itself is kept very clean. The bed was confortable but the pillows were blocks of foam, definitely not so comfortable. We took a taxi from Raffles City and didn't have a problem finding the place. less

A nice hostel that I would definately recommend. All the facilities were good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my first time staying at a backpackers + travelling alone. I initially visualized it to be slightly scary staying in a mixed dorm but on the contrary I found my stay really great as I met lots of nice & fun people and the host was great as well as the location, right in the heart of Chinatown!
