The website does not state that it is a "dry" hostel. When we arrived we had brought alcohol with us and we were only inside the door when the owner asked for our alcohol to be kept in the office and in almost a lecture-style tone told us no alcohol allowed. Not very welcoming! It should have stated that on the website to make it easier for all involved. less
