During short stay both members of staff I met were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Rooms, kitchen and breakfast were basic but location was in safe quiet area, about 15 min walk from centre. this hostel is really great and in a really REALLY great location. The breakfast is filling and the staff is friendly. The beds are comfy too!! Cute little hostel. But mind you, it is small, seemed more like someone\'s old apartment transformed into dorms. Would have been nice to have an actual lounge area rather than just a dining table with tv. The bathroom was small, and the hot water for the shower wasn\'t really hot at all, more like lukewarm, not the best in winter! Otherwise the old lady was super sweet, a little strict at times, and the brekkies were good! less

Alex and Baz are amazing hosts, we had so much fun with them!! they took us to the real nightlife in Sofia, we had an amazing evening with them, they cooked breakfast for us!! we highly recommend this place!!! the only bad thing is the owner, he is a very pushy guy but other than that Nightingale hostel is the best place you can find in Sofia to stay, the place is clean, the location is perfect, the staff is super friendly...guys you are always welcome in Frankfurt am Main.
