i would give it 100 for location, as it is central and allmost in the old town - it's just a bit difficult to find.
i suggest reading the dierctions you are given, and additionally looking for a secure-entry door with an orange sticker and an orange hallway; also, pay attention to the numbering
on the whole, great fully ecquipped house, nice roof terrace and lovely host. would definetely visit again

Vabriku hostel was really excellent! We really liked the stuff,they were very friendly and hospitable. Bed clothes were clean and our room was really cosy inspite of the fact it was little (but we had WC-and-bathroom unit in our room). There was a wonderful apple garden in front of the house.
There was a kitchen with all necessary staff like a cooker, a microwave oven, a fridge etc, where we could cook whatever we wanted. If we go to this wonderful city again, we will stay at the Vabriku hostel less
