In winter, it is closed without reservation. I had a reservation but staff forgot on my arrival time, so I had to wait more than 30min outside!
However! after that, everything was fine!
Staff was very kind and friendly.(She apologized to be late sincerely).
3 nights, I used all facilities alone, no other guests!

The hostel was good, but a few things frustrated me. The staff were all very kind, but only one of them spoke good English, so I spent half of my stay trying and failing to ask for information. Another thing was that there was no kitchen or common room. It kind of felt more like a hotel than a hostel at times, with en-suites and TVs in the dorms. The location was excellent though, 10 mins from the station and 5 mins from the main square. less
