Great place to stay. Asakusa is a superb area.
My only concern was that anyone could walk off the street and go past the counter or upstairs without being seen by the staff.
But of course, Tokyo is not the type of city to worry about that stuff too much.

We booked for 4 days and when we arrived they told us they had double booked and we needed to move to another place that they had organised down the street for 2 nights. The staff tried to be nice but when the took us to the new place it was horrendous - dark, dreary and terrible facilties and not one staff member who spoke anything but Japanese. I would never again go back to either place. less

Great place to stay in a quite neghborhood away from all the neon. Nice lounge, great staff, and fun people. They have a very nice work exchange if you want to stay a long time. Only problem for me is that there is a TV in the main lounge and I don't like that because it shuts people off and makes it harder to meet people and have conversation. less
