We stayed in a 4 bed room which was just what was needed. We got more than we expected. WiFi access definitely a plus!
Was a bit apprehensive about having shared bathrooms but they were always clean and I don't think they were ever occupied when I wanted to use them.
Staff were friendly/helpful and the location was great - close to the bus/train stations as well as all the bars, restaurants and shops.

i would not stay here place again. it's just a room in some one's apartment. the owner sent me several emails bugging me to let him know when i would be coming (which was annoying because i wanted to keep my options open). so i made firm plans and let the owner know the time i would be arriving, and then he showed up late and I was left waiting outside! the place is up about 6 flights of stairs (no elevator), smells of incense and cigarette smoke, and has an overall creepy feel. lessScott-ryan (Novice Nomad from Canada), August 2009:

Fourth fIoor, no elevator. The bed in the private room is more of a cot and breakfast was....average at best. Fabrizio could really have something there, but needs to change gears, especially in the summer. less
