My partner and I stayed here, and we definately rate this place. It's soclean, safe, and close to everything and has a home vibe which makes gong there after a big day in the city very welcoming and relaxed. The people that run it are amazing and gave us lots of hepful tips. less

This is a really nice, clean hostel with friendly helpful staff. It's got lots of character and the private room we stayed in was lovely. It is a quiet place though so if you're looking for lively then this probably isn't the place for you. Good location though. less

It doesn't get much better than this. HUGE kitchen, lots of refigerators, good security, pleasant staff, 15 min walk from the beach. WIFI is good, kitchen is open 24 hours, (everything is open 2 hours) The bunk beds are comfy and stable, ONLY complaint is that you are 20 minutes by bus from ANYWHERE. less

This place is really good fun! Our only problem was the Bed Bugs!! The staff however refunded the money for our stay. There were quite a few other guests that we spoke with who also had BB\'s. Such a shame otherwise this place would be brilliant!! less

This was a huge hostel and comes with all the associated perks and downfalls. Can be impersonal if you're travelling alone as I am. Quite a big party scene with the attached bar. Cheap, decent meals including a free breakfast or $2 for eggs and stuff. Pretty noisey all the time but not unbearable. I didn't have a great time here but I think if you want to party, vomit, then party again, (which there's nothing wrong with!) this place is for you. Not as chilled out as I like. less

This is a great hotel if you dont have high demands on facilitys. No kind of kitchen, just a water boiler and microwave owen. The staff is exellent though, big thanks to Hans and Glin who helped us with everything we asked! I would recomend it if you should stay for a few nights, no longer! less

Not a very clean hostel. The common areas were cleaned every day, but when it rained the mens bathroom roof leaked so that you'd get wet in all of the cubicles. Beds and rooms were a good size, but some of the furniture was old and stained. The common room was quite small and consisted of a few lounges and a TV and the kitchen was only large enough for one person to comfortably cook at a time. The pub downstairs provided the entertainment, but the meals there were hideous. Good for a room. less
