Good breakfast with possibility to have a morning coffee outside :) Friendly stuff, room wasn't big but very clean. Only positive references. This was a very cozy, romantic hotel for me and my boyfriend. We had a wonderful stay, we treated very well, and enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Also, I left my phone in the room and the staff was kind enough to send it to me via mail. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend!
It is a bit far from Venice but for us it was perfect because we truly got away from it all. less

Staff has been superfriendly and attentive. loved this hostel! we got out own apartment with a full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. they asked us our choice of drink when we first got there and delivered it to us in a breakfast basket each day at the time that we requested. the bars at night were a far walk, but everything else was very close and the area was nice with shops and restaurants. the staff were very nice and helpful. loved this hostel and would definitely recommend it! less

This hotel is simply beautiful with the best shower I had in my whole trip! It's within walking distance of the train station and St Marco's square. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Great place, 10 min from San Marco, a little far to the train station so take the water bus. Only negatives were that everything was really creaky and squeeky, the rooms weren\'t at all sound proof, and we got 2 beds instead of one double, which, on the slippery floor, moved apart quite easily when moving at all at night. The B&B is a perfect location, with a perfect combination of old world charm and modern amenities (like wi-fi!). We will definitely stay again next time we return to Venice. less
