worst service ever. waited 45 minutes on the street outside the hostel on arrival. there was only a sign saying to go to the casa del sol with no address or directions to get there. upon finding some staff there was total confusion about where we would be staying for another 45 minutes. shower products got thrown out of the bathroom despite being full and when asked for a taxi to be booked it never showed making us nearly miss our bus. never got full amount of change from payment on arrival. lesselisha_0101247 (Novice Nomad from Australia), August 2009:
