About Albergo Paola
This is a house open to travellers and we take care of you; we offer a great location, clean, colourful, and newly furnished rooms. You have your own set of keys, 2 lockers, free internet / WiFi, laundry facilities, common room and loads of information about everything in town.And we also select our guests,so if yoou're not sure booking here please don't do it
Scheduling the arrival time is a must.
***Make sure you let us know you're arrival time at least 1 day in advance, or you risk the chance of no-one being here!
Important:
If you change your schedule or you just don't remember the time you wrote on your reservation, you must contact us urgently by phone or email otherwise you will not be able to check in because there will be no one here for you and you will have to wait outside, maybe for hours.
The hostel is on the third floor and we do not have a lift in operation!!
Breakfast is served at exactly 9 am.
We're a really very small hotel located 2 blocks from central station and walking distance from everything.
Our rooms are clean, full of light, colourful and newly furnished, all with shower, sink, fan and WiFi. Everyone has 2 closets and their own personal set of keys. We offer friendly atmosphere, free internet and home cooked breakfast; and all the best insights on what to do in Florence! We are willing to share our knowledge with everyone!
Please note: If you cancel too late you will be charged for all the nights that the minimum stay policy states!
